Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Drill Sgt account and associated data inside the app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

Delete In The App

1. Open Drill Sgt on your device.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Confirm deletion when prompted.

In-app deletion removes the account and its associated data from Drill Sgt's active systems immediately. It also clears Drill Sgt reminder schedules and scheduled notifications from that device.

What Gets Deleted

Account deletion removes your Drill Sgt account identifier, movement history, daily progress, goals, app and reminder settings, verified backup email, login and session data, and Drill Sgt subscription-status record from our active systems.

If You Cannot Access The App

Email support@getdrillsgt.com from the address associated with your backup, if you added one. We may ask for information needed to verify the request before deleting data. We complete verified email requests within 30 days.

Data That May Be Retained

We may retain limited transaction, subscription-event, security, anti-fraud, or legal-compliance records when reasonably necessary or required by law. Retained records are not used to provide app features and are deleted when the applicable security, legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purpose ends. Residual copies in routine service-provider backups are not used in the ordinary course and are removed as those backups expire. For full details, see the Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Drill Sgt account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account to prevent future renewal. Apple, Google, and RevenueCat may retain purchase and payment records under their own legal obligations and retention policies.

Data On Other Devices

An email request cannot clear information stored locally on a device. If Drill Sgt is installed on another device, use that device's app storage controls to remove locally stored reminder and authentication information.
